The service industry consumes millions of gallons of fuel and expends trillions of pounds of carbon monoxide in our environment each year as trucks roll to installation and service locations around the globe. Concert Technologies, limits the distance threshold for any of its technicians traveling to customer locations to 40 miles or less.
In cases where multiple services are requested by the customer, the typical responding company sends multiple trucks each carrying specialized technicians from any distance to the customer location. At times these distances range from 75 miles to 100 miles to 150 miles to even 200 miles. Roundtrip, these distances reach 150 miles, 200 miles, 300 miles and 400 miles, respectively. Concert Technologies, through the use of it’s Local Multi-Service Deployment Method, cutting-edge custom software and network of thousands of national and international technicians, continues to provide single truck rolls, within 40 miles or less of the customer site, carrying multiple technicians for multi-service jobs.
